These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of booqra.com (the "Website"), operated by Booqra Technologies QFZ LLC ("Booqra", "we", "us", or "our"), a limited liability company registered and licensed by the Qatar Free Zones Authority (License No. FZA 964). By using the Website or joining our waitlist, you agree to these Terms.
1. About this Website
This Website is currently a pre-launch, informational page. It introduces Booqra and lets you join a waitlist for early access. Booqra's booking, payment, loyalty, and salon-management services are not yet available through this Website. Any features described here are for information only and may change before launch.
2. The waitlist
Joining the waitlist means giving us your email address so we can keep you informed and offer early access. It does not create any contract, payment obligation, or guarantee of access for either side. We may invite waitlist members to access the product in stages and at our discretion, and we may change, delay, or discontinue any planned feature, or the product itself, at any time without liability to you.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use this Website and join our waitlist. By submitting your email, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
4. Acceptable use
When using the Website, you agree not to:

submit false information or someone else's email address without their permission;

Any statements about Booqra's future product, features, or launch are plans, not promises.

These Terms are governed by the laws and regulations in force in the Qatar Free Zones and in the State of Qatar as applicable in the Free Zones. Any dispute relating to these Terms or the Website will be subject to the dispute-resolution procedures and the competent forum designated under the Qatar Free Zones legislation.
