This Privacy Policy explains how Booqra Technologies QFZ LLC ("Booqra", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you visit booqra.com (the "Website") and join our waitlist.

This Website is currently an informational, pre-launch page. Its purpose is to introduce Booqra and let interested users, salons, and partners join a waitlist for early access. We do not yet offer a live booking, payment, or salon-management service through this Website. This policy will be updated and expanded before any such service launches.

2. What information we collect

Through this Website we collect only:

• Your email address, which you provide when you join our waitlist. We do not ask for your name, phone number, or any other personal details at this stage.

• Limited technical data, which our website host and any analytics tools may collect automatically when you visit, such as your IP address, browser and device type, referring page, and pages viewed. This is used to keep the Website secure and to understand how it is used.

We do not collect payment information, government ID data, or sensitive personal data through this Website.

3. How we use your information

We use your email address to:

• add you to our waitlist;

• send you updates about Booqra, early access, and our launch;

• respond to you if you reply to us.

This Website and our waitlist are intended for people aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe someone under 18 has submitted their email to us, contact us at info@booqra.com and we will delete it.

We may update this Privacy Policy as Booqra develops. The "Last updated" date at the top shows the current version. We will communicate material changes before launching any live service.

This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws and regulations in force in the Qatar Free Zones and in the State of Qatar as applicable in the Free Zones.
